This grungy little green ghost has arrived! Grungeist Grisette was brewed in collaboration with @1840brewing, using pilsner malt and wheat from @proximity.malt, and hopped with Grüngeist(meaning green ghost) hops from @hopheadfarms. Wonderful notes of honey shine through due to the specific strain of Forager yeast that hitch hiked on the backs of bees and was then collected from the honeycomb. With a bright and crisp body this beer finishes with an abundance of citrus lemon zesty briskness with a modest tartness and soothes you with its subtle hopped up herbal and floral presence. 4.8% ABV
This beer was brewed in collaboration with @1840brewing @Promimity.malts and @hopheadfarms for the upcoming Craft Brewers Conference that will be held in Minneapolis May 2nd-May 5th! Now on tap and available in crowlers, it will be pouring at CBC with Hop Head Farms, and will be one of 8 collabs featured at our Parking Lot Shindig on May 5th!
