Thursday, January 20th, at 4pm we will be releasing our next barrel-aged bottle of the season – Salted Dark Choco Oatmeal Stout. Bottles will be available in the Growler Shop and we will be tapping a keg in the taproom for your drinking enjoyment!
This Imperial Oatmeal Stout was aged for 10 months in Maker’s Mark Bourbon barrels and conditioned on dark chocolate and sea salt. It has aromatics of dark cherry, vanilla, oak, and dark cocoa powder. This beer has a robust mouth feel and reminds us of the sea-salt flourless torte from I.E., oatmeal cookies and chocolate-covered pretzels.
